I started my working life as a ski tour operator, booking bespoke trips for high end clients.  From there I moved on to secretarial/PA work and office management positions. My final office managerial role was for the Marine Stewardship Council at the World Wildlife Fund in Godalming.

My career progressed and I worked as an Area Sales Manager for a Swiss company who mainly provided storage equipment to Formula 1. Following a stint travelling the world, I was asked to work for McLaren F1 racing as a consultant. I became an expert at multi-tasking with professionalism and efficiency.

Between 2002 and 2022 I had an extremely successful career in the emergency services.  No two days were ever the same in what was a fast-paced, highly-pressured role.  All this alongside raising a family as well as looking after aging parents and running a home single-handedly.

It was in September of 2022 that Helpful Hands launched. I am happy to say it has been going from strength to strength ever since.

 

Friends often used to turn to me for advice when they were struggling with all life had to throw at them.  Thankfully I can now provide that help to my clients. Modern day living is, unfortunately, all about keeping several plates spinning whilst juggling at the same time.  It’s exhausting and simply impossible at times.

 

I consider myself to be reliable, trustworthy, flexible and a friendly face to have around, plus extremely good at what I do.  I aim for you to treat me as an extended family member who you can always rely on, even for those last minute tasks.  Nothing is too much trouble.
